Job Description
As an Application manager you will carry out your tasks in a DevOps team with other experts to ensure maintenance of the Hub systems.

Tasks:
- Holistic support of the applications from a technical and operational perspective
- Ensuring production stability, the availability of the application including planning of appropriate measures including non-functional requirements
- Ensuring security and compliance requirements (PSA/SDSK, ITSD roadmap, CAPE, …)
- Holistic responsibility for the ITIL processes at Tel IT (change, incident, problem and configuration management, business continuity, etc.) and maintenance of the tools
- Development of smaller changes and collaboration with other developers
- Improving code to fulfill common standards (maintenance, accessibility)
- Ensuring changes sets, releases and deployments
- Support for applications on cloud
Qualifications
- Experience in service management, application management, DevOps development or system operations
- Further technical and process know-how according to ITIL is helpful
- Python basics are welcome
- DevOps mindset and optional cloud basics
- Basic knowledge of agile team work
- Basic understanding of common software technologies and system architecture
- Teamwork and good communication skills
- English is needed, German is an advantage
