Description

This is a critical position responsible for revitalizing the brand in the Japanese market by rebuilding the sales foundation and leading business growth through establishing strong relationships with both new and existing physicians and patients.

Customer Management

  • Formulate and execute a strong sales strategy to grow the business in the assigned area and achieve the set sales targets.

  • Identify high-priority key customers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and establish strong relationships with them.

  • Listen carefully to customer insights and needs and provide effective product and service recommendations aligned with customer goals from a consulting perspective.

  • Identify promising new customers and lead planning to develop the business

  • 担当エリアのビジネスを成長させるための強力な販売戦略を策定・実行して、設定された売上目標を達成する

  • 優先度の高い重要顧客および KOL を特定し、強固な関係構築をはかる

  • 顧客のインサイトやニーズをよく傾聴しコンサルティング視点での提案をすることによって、顧客の目標にあわせた製品・サービスを効果的に提案する

  • 有望な新規顧客を特定し、ビジネスを構築するための計画をリードする

Sales Promotion

  • Collaborate with trainers and marketing to plan and provide appropriate training and seminars.

  • Meet and hit aligned quarterly sales target and other sales performance indicators

  • Acquire foundational knowledge and information about the brand and products as a sales representative, and conduct training for clinic staff and doctors as needed.

  • Actively provide input and participate in discussions regarding company-wide campaigns and promotional plans.

  • Actively support booth planning and operations at academic conferences led by the marketing team

販売プロモーション

  • トレーナーやマーケティングと協働し、適切なトレーニング・セミナーを企画・提供する

  • 四半期ごとの販売目標を達成し、その他の営業成績指標を満たすこと

  • 担当営業としてブランドや製品の基礎知識・情報を身に着け、必要に応じてクリニックスタッフや医師に向けてトレーニングを実施する

  • 全社レベルで実施するキャンペーンやプロモーション企画に対し、積極的に意見し討議に参加する

  • マーケティングがリードする学術集会のブース企画・運営への積極的なサポートを提供する

Business Planning and Reporting

  • Conduct segmentation analysis of the assigned area, establish appropriate sales forecasts and business strategies for each segment, and prioritize resources.

  • Submit weekly reports to the manager, including information on seminars, workshops, customer insights, competitors, and market trends.

  • Manage monthly reports, sales, and expense budget.

  • ブランド戦略と会社の事業計画を熟知し、事業計画の遂行における自らの役割と貢献を明確にすることができる

  • 市場の状況やトレンド、新規参入者、現在のビジネスに影響を与える可能性のある変化について、常に最新の情報を得ることができる

Industry and product knowledge

  • Possess sufficient knowledge of the aesthetic medical and cosmetics industry, have confidence in discussing with customers, and be able to convey the company’s key sales messages.

  • Be well-versed in brand strategy and the company’s business plan, and be able to clearly define your role and contribution in executing the business plan.

  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions and trends, new entrants, and changes that could potentially impact the current business.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of sales experience, or Experience in skincare, aesthetic medicine, or related industries is preferred.

  • Experience working in a foreign company is a plus.

  • Experience in achieving business growth based on short/long-term sales strategy formulation.

  • Extensive experience in conducting seminars and briefings for healthcare professionals.

  • Experience in planning and implementing physician communication plans in collaboration with marketing, such as conferences and seminars.

  • Knowledge and understanding of data and analysis.

  • Ability to collect and analyze the latest market and customer information and appropriately share it within and outside the team.

  • 外資系企業の勤務経験があると尚好し

  • 短期/長期の営業戦略立案をもとに、ビジネスの成長を達成した経験

  • 医療従事者向けのセミナーや説明会を実施した豊富な経験

  • 学会やセミナーなど、マーケティングと協業した医師向けコミュニケーションプランを企画・実施した経験

  • データや分析の知識と理解がある

  • 最新の市場・顧客情報を収集・分析し、チーム内外に適切に共有することができる
