Position overview
We are seeking a motivated (Assistant) IT Officer to join our team! You will be playing an integral part in IT support team. If you like working in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions and fostering alignment among key stakeholders – then this role is for you!
What you ‘ll be doing
- Provide remote IT support services to retail stores users
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting on a wide range of hardware and software, like POS setup, store network and digital devices (mobile tablet, traffic counter, digital screens, etc.) configuration and office general end-user support
- Hands-on experience in any POS systems like X-Store
- Being agile and responsible for upcoming store opening/relocation activities on IT side to support our fast-growing business
- Monitor system health & backup operations and ensure data security
Who we’re looking for
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, System Engineer or related discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Passion in retail industry, with relevant experience is a big plus
- Proactive and energetic fast learner with a strong can-do attitude
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Officer
