As the Assistant Manager, Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the seamless delivery of Business Corporate Services (BCS) and Employer of Record (EOR) services. This role demands a commitment to excellence in customer experience, particularly in managing service delivery frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as one of the points of contact for our corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met, exceeded, and our messaging is aligned.

  • Account Growth: Identify and support opportunities to expand service offerings and increase revenue within existing accounts’ verticals.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and client solutions teams to board new EOR/BCS services tailored to client needs.

  • Service Delivery: Work with internal operational teams and service delivery leads to resolve timely and accurately

  • Teamwork: Work closely and collaboratively with your fellow Account Managers.

  • Performance Metrics: Monitor performance of accounts, including satisfaction scores and retention rates within the BCS and EOR segments.

  • Reporting: Provide data and insights to senior leadership, offering actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the EOR and BCS landscape.

  • Any other tasks, projects or requirements as requested by the Company

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • Minimum 2+ years in corporate client facing experience

  • Proven track record in managing corporate clients and delivering service solutions.

  • Experience in Business Corporate Services (BCS) and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions is essential.

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and account management platforms.

  • Experience working in a diverse and international environment

  • Excellent communicator in English, both verbal and written
