As the Assistant Manager, Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the seamless delivery of Business Corporate Services (BCS) and Employer of Record (EOR) services. This role demands a commitment to excellence in customer experience, particularly in managing service delivery frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as one of the points of contact for our corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met, exceeded, and our messaging is aligned.
Account Growth: Identify and support opportunities to expand service offerings and increase revenue within existing accounts’ verticals.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and client solutions teams to board new EOR/BCS services tailored to client needs.
Service Delivery: Work with internal operational teams and service delivery leads to resolve timely and accurately
Teamwork: Work closely and collaboratively with your fellow Account Managers.
Performance Metrics: Monitor performance of accounts, including satisfaction scores and retention rates within the BCS and EOR segments.
Reporting: Provide data and insights to senior leadership, offering actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Market Insight: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the EOR and BCS landscape.
Any other tasks, projects or requirements as requested by the Company
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum 2+ years in corporate client facing experience
Proven track record in managing corporate clients and delivering service solutions.
Experience in Business Corporate Services (BCS) and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions is essential.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and account management platforms.
Experience working in a diverse and international environment
Excellent communicator in English, both verbal and written
