We founded Customer.io in 2012 to build a customer engagement platform. Our AI-powered platform helps organizations create personalized customer journeys across email, in-app messages, SMS, push notifications, mobile, and web. We use first-party data to manage and personalize customer messages, integrate with other tools, and move real-time data to build campaigns based on unlimited profile attributes, events, or actions.

Parcel is our code editor for email.

Our time off and leave policies include unlimited PTO, with a recommendation to use at least 20 vacation days in addition to holidays and sick days. We provide 16 weeks of paid parental leave for birth, adoption, or foster care, and six weeks of paid family medical leave.

For workplace flexibility, we provide a monthly remote work stipend of $250 USD to cover internet and cell phone costs. We also offer up to $1,500 USD for initial home office setup and up to $300 USD monthly for co-working space reimbursement.
