Associate Director of Marketing, Signatera GI Oncology
Travel: ~30%
Position Summary: Natera is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-oriented marketing leader to drive the growth of our Signatera™ Molecular Residual Disease (MRD) test in patients with gastrointestinal (GI) malignancies. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to ensure Signatera’s integration into the standard of care for key GI oncology indications (excluding colorectal cancer). You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to translate clinical impact into commercial momentum and play a pivotal role in achieving the brand’s growth targets. This position reports to the Senior Director, Signatera Commercial Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and tactical plans that reinforce the value of Signatera for use in GI (non-CRC) cancers.
Track and analyze product performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to commercial, medical, and leadership stakeholders.
Drive the development of field and digital marketing assets that effectively communicate complex scientific value propositions to oncology audiences.
Manage the GI speaker bureau content and roster, ensuring alignment with the latest clinical evidence and messaging.
Identify, plan, and execute third-party partnerships, congresses, and educational opportunities to support disease awareness and Signatera adoption.
Collaborate closely with sales, medical affairs, product, and pipeline teams to align messaging and activities across the customer journey.
Support broader strategic projects that expand Signatera’s reach across new GI indications and contribute to the evolution of Natera’s oncology portfolio.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field is required; advanced degree (MBA or PhD) preferred.
8–10 years of experience in product marketing, field sales, or market analytics within the diagnostics, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience marketing to medical oncologists, particularly within GI malignancies or solid tumors.
Familiarity with FDA-approved treatments and clinical management of GI cancers is highly desirable.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30%, including congresses, advisory boards, field team meetings, and customer engagements.

Excellent verbal and written communication, with a knack for simplifying the complex (think: biomarkers, evolving guidelines, emerging indications).
Proven success in cross-functional collaboration across marketing, medical, sales, and product functions.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and engage in high-science discussions.
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
