We are looking for a HubSpot aficionado with a knack for automation and a passion for streamlining marketing, sales, and customer service processes. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and management of HubSpot. This includes devising the marketing strategy; automation and workflows; content across email and social media to support its clients.
Who we are looking for:
A HubSpot & Marketing Specialist who will play a pivotal role in optimising our client and its clients HubSpot instances to drive efficiency across marketing, sales, and customer service teams. Your responsibilities will include:
1. HubSpot Setup and Configuration:
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our client’s HubSpot setup and make recommendations for improvements.
- Implement and configure HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to the proposed improvements.
2. Automation Workflow Development:
- Design, build, and optimise automated workflows in HubSpot to streamline lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and sales processes.
- Create personalised email automation sequences and lead scoring models to improve lead conversion rates.
3. Lead Segmentation and Data Management:
- Develop and maintain a data segmentation strategy to ensure relevant and targeted communication with leads and customers.
- Regularly clean and update contact lists to maintain data accuracy.
4. Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate reports and dashboards in HubSpot to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, sales funnels, and customer service interactions.
5. Content Creation
- Produce copy and formatting for email marketing campaigns
- Schedule social media content with targeted copy and hash tags
- Apply other social media strategies
6. Integration and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HubSpot with other software applications and tools in our tech stack.
- Ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and other systems, such as CRM and analytics platforms.
7. Training and Knowledge Sharing:
- Train team members on HubSpot best practices, automation techniques, and the use of HubSpot features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot updates and share knowledge within the organisation.
