The Role You’ll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a full-time Benefits Implementation Specialist position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by coordinating the online setup and implementation of clients’ employee benefit programs.

  1. Participates in Benefits Welcome Calls with benefit sales and operations counterparts to complete the Benefits Administration Summary
  2. Completes client setup within benefits system and manages enrollment sessions
  3. Gathers information and establishes the online enrollment system for clients.
  4. Provides support to insurance sales regarding prospect assignment, systems data entry, report generation, and participant enrollment.
  5. Obtains client signatures on the Benefits Administration Summary documents using DocuSign.
  6. Compiles Benefits Brochures for clients’ benefit programs.
  7. Provides support to the annual 10941095 form process such as billing.
  8. Clocks in and out consistently and accurately by using the electronic timeclock system for all time worked and does not perform any work when not clocked-in.
  9. Option of Remote or Hybrid schedule.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service, written, listening and communication skills. One (1) year of benefits administration experience. Florida 2-15 license may be required within the first year of employment.
