We’re building tools that empower teams to automate the manual, uncover insights, and scale smarter. But more than that, we’re creating space– space to think big, take action, and unlock the kind of work that truly matters. Because when challenge meets purpose, and passion turns into progress, that’s magic at work, and it’s what we show up for everyday.

We are seeking a strategic Benefits Specialist to oversee our EMEA benefit and leave programs. This role requires a blend of hands-on administration and strategic oversight to ensure our programs are competitive, well-managed, and aligned with our company goals.

  • Lead annual renewal and enrolment processes, including implementing any plan, system, and vendor changes.
  • Conduct market research and launch ad hoc benefit programs and projects including, but not limited to, global expansion with support from our benefits broker.
  • Keep up to date with legislative changes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Ownership and accountability of all regional accommodation and leave policies and procedures.
  • Actively contribute to the P&C team to drive best practice and ensure the benefit strategy supports the company’s short and long-term objectives.
  • Lead change management for benefits and leave programs, ensuring smooth transitions through effective communication and stakeholder engagement

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits and leave management with a focus on international programs.
  • Strong knowledge of international benefits laws, regulations, and market trends to be able to design and communicate engaging programmes.
  • Experience managing benefits across multiple countries and regions.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing global projects and managing vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide benefits and leave related insights on individuals or groups to the Benefits team to aid value-add decision making.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Employer-paid Private Medical and Dental, additional cost for family members
  • Monthly contributions toward your pension

  • 25 days paid for Holiday + Bank Holidays + Flexible Time Away Program
  • 20 weeks fully paid Maternity Leave
  • 12 weeks fully paid Paternity/Adoption Leave
  • Personal paid Volunteer Day to support our community
