Job description
Salary: P40,000- P60,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (09:00 AM-06:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 3 + years of solid bookkeeping experience across all functions
- Demonstrable advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and financial administration, accounts reconciliation and accounting software
- Strong Xero & Excel experience
- Sound knowledge of Shopify, Stripe, and PayPal transactions
- Meticulous data entry skills and attention to detail
- AU Bookkeeping
- AU Accounting
Nice to Have:
- Income Tax knowledge
What will you do?
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
- Preparation and review of general ledger
- Processing payroll and STP reporting.
- Managing employee bonuses
- Preparing employees reimbursements
- Managing superannuation returns and payments.
- Preparation of workers compensation insurance
- Helping managers with preparing annual budgets and forecast
- Maintain fixed asset register.
- Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
- Preparation and review of accounts payable, receivables, accruals, and prepayments
- Dealing with suppliers
- Dealing with customers and debt collection
- Ad hoc reporting and other duties as required
