Founded in 2003 by Lili Tarachand, we are a Pleasanton-based consulting firm. We offer services in HR, accounting, administrative support, recruitment, and technical areas, often using cloud technologies to help clients with digital transformation. We work with small and mid-sized businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies, both in the US and internationally.

We are a certified woman-owned business, Alameda SLEB certified, and participate in the 8(a) SBA program. We are a team of 11-50 employees.

Our accounting services include fractional CFOs, virtual controllers, bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, financial reporting, and tax preparation for individuals (1040s) and businesses (1120, 1065). We use tools like UltraTax CS, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. For HR and recruitment, we help with compliant policies and procedures, HR administration, competitive recruitment, and contract staffing. We also manage day-to-day office needs through our administrative services.

We offer a base salary along with a generous incentive plan.
