Fleetio is seeking a Brand Designer to join our dynamic Brand Marketing team. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong foundation in visual design and a passion for creating compelling brand experiences across various digital and print mediums. As a Brand Designer, you’ll contribute to the evolution of Fleetio’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and excellence in all visual communications.

Your Impact

  • Design Execution: Create and maintain visually engaging designs for marketing campaigns, including landing pages, emails, social media graphics, digital ads, and print collateral.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold and contribute to Fleetio’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions.
  • Asset Management: Organize and manage design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually elevate the quality of design work.

Your Experience

Technical Skills

  • Experience: 1–4 years of professional design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, agency, or in-house brand teams.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Web Design: Understanding of web design principles and best practices; experience with responsive design.
  • Typography & Color Theory: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a clear understanding of brand application.

Soft Skills

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and receive constructive feedback.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
