Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Amazon Brand & Listings Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing all aspects of our Amazon presence—managing product listings, A+ content, advertising, and creative assets.
The ideal candidate must be skilled in both strategy and execution, with recent, direct experience managing Amazon accounts for DTC brands in the U.S., Canada and European Markets
Key Responsibilities:
Create and optimize high-converting product listings (titles, bullets, images, A+ content).
Variation creation is a MUST - candidates that are not highly capable in this aspect will not be considered.
Analyze Amazon reports to determine optimal bundle creations to drive AOV on Amazon
Design and edit listing visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools—hands-on creative execution required.
Build and update A+ Content pages and Amazon Storefronts to strengthen brand presence.
Launch, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, TACoS, sessions) and drive continuous improvements.
Conduct regular competitor research, keyword tracking, and market analysis.
Maintain full compliance with Amazon policies and proactively manage account health.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and feedback to protect brand reputation.
Build and maintain database on Notion and establish SOPs and process controls tied to Amazon management and optimization

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
- Experienced with Notion to build and maintain product databases, KPI tracking, and any other required automations
- Proven track record of personally creating and optimizing listings and developing A+ Content.
- Proficient in using Canva and Photoshop for creating and editing listing assets.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads Manager and PPC campaign management.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent English communication skills—clear, concise, and brand-aligned.
- Experience supporting DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands selling physical products in the U.S. market.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar.
- Background in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization for Amazon listings.
- Exposure to Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
