Job Title: Marketplace & Supply Chain Operations Manager

Location: Remote

Reports To: CEO

Work Shift: PST

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time)

Rate: $10–$14/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Marketplace & Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end operational execution across multiple sales channels, including Amazon USA, Amazon Canada, Amazon EU / UK, Wayfair, Home Depot, and Shopify.

This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in inventory management, 3PL coordination, freight operations, and WMS tools, with the ability to build and manage backend processes independently.

The ideal candidate will own operational workflows, build systems, and proactively ensure inventory accuracy, timely fulfillment, and operational excellence across all marketplaces, including cross-border logistics for the U.S., Canada, and EU / UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Fulfillment & Inventory Operations:

  • Manage Amazon Seller/Vendor Central backend operations, focusing on FBA USA, FBA Canada, and FBA Europe
  • Oversee 3PL relationships, manage container movements, and maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels.
  • Coordinate inbound shipments and cross-border logistics between the U.S., Canada, and EU / UK, ensuring smooth customs clearance and compliance.
  • Maintain proactive replenishment planning to avoid stockouts or overstocking across all marketplaces.

Warehouse Systems, Tools, and Process Optimization:

  • Utilize WMS tools or equivalent systems to streamline warehouse and fulfillment operations.
  • Build and maintain internal inventory tracking systems and SKU databases.
  • Identify and implement automations and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

SOP Development & Systems Building:

  • Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across supply chain and fulfillment processes.
  • Leverage Notion or similar tools to create operational systems, databases, and reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure process adoption and consistency.

Operational Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Troubleshoot shipment delays, customs issues, and fulfillment challenges for the U.S., Canada, and EU / UK markets.
  • Support marketplace expansion efforts by ensuring backend operational readiness (Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, Shopify).

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller and Vendor Central operations (U.S., Canada, and preferably EU / UK markets).
  • Deep expertise in supply chain management, freight and container coordination, and 3PL logistics.
  • Strong experience in inventory planning, warehouse management systems (WMS), and replenishment workflows.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and optimize internal operational databases and tracking systems.
  • Hands-on familiarity with cross-border logistics, customs clearance, and import/export compliance (specifically for the U.S., Canada, and EU / UK).
  • Proficient in using WMS tools and Notion for process management, inventory tracking, and SOP creation.
  • Solid experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
