We are a public, vertically integrated, multistate cannabis operator, founded in 2013. We handle cultivation, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and retail. Our portfolio includes cannabis brands grown and made in-house, designed for various consumer needs. We distribute these products wholesale to dispensaries nationwide. We also operate Sunnyside® dispensaries, our retail stores that focus on educating consumers and making purchases convenient. We manage the entire seed-to-sale process, using cultivation and manufacturing facilities staffed by agronomists, extraction, and R&D experts, all equipped with advanced agricultural technology. Currently, we operate in 8 states, with 13 production facilities and 71 dispensaries. We partner with Temple University on research to explore the healing potential of cannabis and work with government agencies to define appropriate federal and local regulations.
