Job Description:
- Administer and organize projects for business solutions.
- Assess new technology solutions to fulfill business requirements.
- Develop business case analyses for solutions that meet office needs.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility in project evaluations.
- Generate project frameworks, spreadsheets, reports, and assignments.
- Manage, construct, and employ project and portfolio dashboards.
- Work with stakeholders to determine and refine requirements.
Mandatory expertise and/or relevant experience:
- Proficiency in engaging with stakeholders to ascertain business requirements, creating requirement documents, and use cases for technological solutions.
- Competence in appraising technological solutions to satisfy business needs.
Desirable but not mandatory expertise and/or relevant experience:
- Over 8 years in project management or business analysis roles.
- Skilled in project planning, organization, reporting, resource allocation, budget assessment, and providing status updates.
- Experience in the design and implementation of project and portfolio dashboards.
