We are looking for an experienced Business Continuity Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity and incident management frameworks, ensuring the continuity of critical business functions. You will work closely with relevant stakeholders to conduct risk assessments, drive compliance with regulations and industry standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are up to date and tested.
  • Facilitate risk assessments and advise on strategies to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions.
  • Manage incident reporting, coordination, and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., CSSF, NYDFS, MAS) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 22301, ITIL).
  • Act as a single point of contact for compliance-related stakeholder inquiries regarding business continuity and incident management.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and provide transparency in business continuity and incident management activities.
  • Support the information security management system as needed.

What you’ll need

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business continuity, incident management, risk management, and compliance.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing business continuity and incident management strategies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience working in regulated environments, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.
