As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) at Flix, you can make an impact by attracting top-tier bus partners, building strong long-term relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities to expand our network in Brazil through your commercial acumen. You will play a key role in shaping our growth while ensuring high operational standards and mutual business success. Your support will be required in developing special projects of both local and international (HQ) teams.

About the Role

  • Take care of the existing partners and be responsible for generating new business opportunities
  • Take ownership of the whole sales process and sales responsibility
  • Prepare forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders and the management
  • Be a credible advisor in facing any issues and problems by external partners and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Be responsible of P&L results of assigned partner
  • Coordinate projects, making sure the interactions between different departments is fluid and results are delivered in a timely manner
  • Own and use your analytical skills to find your way through complex datasets and recognize opportunities to grow and to optimize business relationships

About You

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, preferable acquired in a multinational environment

  • Full working proficiency in both Portuguese and English

  • Highly social, communication, negotiation and presentation skills (professional use of PowerPoint is highly valued)

  • Excellent analytical skills and good economics understanding (e.g. ability to understand a balance sheet & use Excel)

  • Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness

  • Independent, reliable and responsible working style
