As a member of our sales organization, you will be expected to expand and look for new customers in Korea market, proactively offer products to customers in wide range of industries from small-mid to big sized customers, and close business while maintaining lasting relationships.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle: prospecting, working on the leads, developing relationships, negotiating, closing the deals, and most importantly - qualifying our customers. This job requires a high degree of collaboration, as you will be working closely with the Purchasing and Business Development teams across EMEA, APAC and Americas.

This opportunity is for highly driven individuals who are entrepreneurial in nature, and it provides the opportunity for exceptional high earnings potential with uncapped commissions!

What You Can Do for Us

  • Identify the opportunities and qualify new customers.
  • Interact with new and existing customers via telephone, email and onsite visits.
  • Regular visits to customers to improve the relationship and provide 2nd perspective on the accounts.
  • Drive revenue through prospecting new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and growing business within accounts.
  • Mapping out customer sites and teams.
  • Collect market information.
  • Solve issues and act as an escalation point.
  • Regular calls to check-in the customers.
  • Tie global communication.
  • Follow up on post-trip action items.

Who We’re Looking For

  • More than 7 years of experience with Electronic Component Industry.
  • A high-energy, smart, and persistent salesperson driven to succeed and revolutionize an industry.
  • Confident in making cold calling, excellent in relationship-building skills.
  • A self-motivated problem solver with result-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated a successful record and achievement in the prior sales position in any industry.
  • Hungry for uncapped incentives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and other business tools.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more of your working hours.
  • A Native or a proficient speaker in Korean language.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
