We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us develop new partnerships and grow existing ones. The right candidate has 3-5 years of business development experience and a deep understanding of the mobile advertising industry. The successful individual is knowledgeable, intelligent, outgoing, determined, and passionate about digital advertising and the mobile app ecosystem.
Responsibilities include:
Initiate relationships with lead mobile app developers and publishers
Generate leads, develop prospects, and build a business pipeline
Organize and lead calls and in-person meetings with prospective and existing partners
Collaborate with the operations team during partner integration, testing, and launch of our ad SDK
Oversee and optimize in app performance, and manage relationships with high-profile mobile publishers
Work with legal team on negotiating and finalizing contracts
Work cross functionally with internal teams to execute business initiatives
Represent HyprMX at industry events and conferences both domestically and internationally
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices

Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in business development or partnerships
- Passion for mobile apps, games, and digital advertising
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Detail-oriented and enjoy analysis and problem-solving
- Naturally curious and always finding ways to contribute
- Existing relationships with mobile app developers is a plus

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Jun Group employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office two days per week.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 + incentive pay
