Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to contribute to forming and defining Software Department market offerings, managing innovative solutions, and driving the overall strategy, to effect continued and sustained growth for the US Software Solution the Software business in USA. He/she must possess a unique blend of business and technical practical understanding, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Networking Skills: Able to quickly build meaningful connections and foster strong relationships with diverse partners.

- Introduction Acquisition: Skilled at securing valuable introductions from existing relationships with business and tech partners.

- Storytelling Ability: Capable of crafting and delivering compelling stories, both in written and verbal communication.

- Proficient English Communication: Exceptional command of both written and spoken English for clear and effective communication.

- Proactive Communication Style: Comfortable and confident in engaging with senior business and technical partners in a proactive and approachable manner.

- Business Process Knowledge: Understands business structures, roles, and operational processes to navigate and collaborate effectively.

- SoftwareTech Understanding: Has a foundational knowledge of software tech to engage meaningfully within the ecosystem.

- Email Marketing Experience: Experienced in running email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships and generate leads.

- LinkedIn Social Selling: Skilled in leveraging LinkedIn for professional outreach and relationship-building with potential partners.

- CRM and Lead Generation Tools: Tech-savvy with strong skills in using CRM systems, such as HubSpot, and other lead-generation tools.

- Collaboration: Works well with team members to achieve shared goals through cooperation and mutual support.

- Trustworthiness: Relied upon by colleagues and partners, building trust through reliability and consistent results.

- Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving client goals with a determined and confident approach to meeting targets.

- Creativity in Problem Solving: Capable of thinking outside the box and testing innovative solutions to achieve success.

- Professionalism: Demonstrates expertise, credibility, and a proactive approach to achieving credible and successful outcomes.

- Involvement and Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a track record of driving projects forward independently and successfully.

- Excellent communication skills (English C1)

Working schedule: 15:00-23:00 Monday-Friday

For probation period: onsite

After the probation period: hybrid/remote
