RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Track all activities in SF, maintain tasks and keep current by updating account information regularly
Communicate lead pain points and challenges to Placements and IMs.
Maintain a well-developed, and nurtured pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with leads
Meet and/or exceed set goals
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Openness and willingness to be trained and coached.
Perform ad hoc-related tasks as assigned.
Special Duties:
Maintain correct data entry into the Sales Report
Other side tasks assigned by Sales Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
2 years of sales experience (staffing solutions, healthcare, general business)
Proven track record of handling customer relationships successfully
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Local US accent is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Gmail, RingCentral, SalesForce, Monday.com, Time Clock Wizard
Working knowledge of Salesforce and RingCentral.
Have experience selling staffing solutions to businesses, preferably in Healthcare.
