- Proven experience sales or business development, preferably within an agency or staffing environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and build rapport.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
