  • Proven experience sales or business development, preferably within an agency or staffing environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
