You’ll create new sales opportunities with both potential and existing customers. You’ll discover what clients need and take the first step in the sales process. About the team

You’ll be part of the Benelux Sales team, which is part of our international Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You’ll work closely with your Business Development colleagues, our Account Executives, and Account Managers to turn every lead into a success – leads that we generate together with Marketing and Partner Management. From day one, you’ll actively contribute to the success of our GTM organization.

Your first year

The first 3 months:

You’ll learn everything about Tellent: our solutions Tellent Recruitee and Tellent HR, our customers, and how we sell. You’ll receive onboarding and training in SPICED, our qualification methodology. You’ll quickly get hands-on: within a few weeks, you’ll be actively following up on inbound leads and spotting commercial opportunities.

After 6 months:

You’ve achieved your first successes. You consistently deliver well-qualified opportunities to the Account Executive and Account Management teams, and see how your work contributes to closing deals.

After 1 year:

Together, we’ll take the next step in your career. We’ll listen to your ambitions and build toward them together in 12–18–24 month steps.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify commercial opportunities with new and existing customers.

  • Use the SPICED methodology to determine if a lead is truly ready for Sales.

  • Follow up on campaigns and projects in collaboration with Marketing and Partner Management.

  • Work with modern tools and systems in a forward-thinking SaaS team.

  • You’re full of positive energy and motivation.

  • You have a commercial mindset and want to (learn to) sell in a smart, consultative, and human way.

  • You speak and write Dutch fluently and speak English well.

  • You’re curious, ask questions, and aren’t afraid to make mistakes.

  • You enjoy connecting with people via phone, email, or online.
