Red Sky is a #StartupStudio with +19 years of experience developing IT tech & products. We are a strategic partner of the Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder fund. We cooperate through a unique business model that combines the skills of a startup studio and a venture capital fund. We operate using the #VentureBuilding formula. Based on experts’ experience, we create IT solutions and support promising startups.

Cooperation model

This unique venture-building model ensures you a pivotal role in building a startup from the ground up and driving success in the AI assistant space. As the CCO of this innovative project, you will have the unique opportunity to integrate marketing and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, market penetration, and revenue growth. Your role will encompass commercial leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence to ensure the startup’s long-term success.

Main responsibilities

  • Design and implement a unified sales and marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets,

  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through partnerships, direct sales, and customer engagement,

  • Build and manage a high-performing team across sales and marketing functions,

  • Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market demands and customer needs,

  • Oversee business development efforts, including lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures,

  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions,

  • Develop robust processes for customer onboarding, retention, and satisfaction,

  • Act as a key ambassador of the brand at events, partnerships, and media engagements.

We require

  • Proven track record:

    • At least 5 years of leadership experience,

    • Experience in startups,

    • Demonstrated success in integrating marketing and sales functions in a commercial leadership role,

    • Strong experience in IT or AI-focused sectors.

  • Skills & mindset:

    • Exceptional business development and networking skills,

    • Deep understanding of technology trends and market dynamics,

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving innovation and growth,

    • Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities,

    • Proficiency in English.

  • Experience in scaling AI-driven products or services.
