Currently, we’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our client’s team.

About the Role:

We seek an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth as we establish and expand our presence in Tier 1 markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the iGaming (gambling) industry, a deep understanding of Tier 1 market dynamics, and a proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish the company as a leader in Tier 1 markets

  • define and align marketing goals with business objectives to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth

  • build and manage a high-performing marketing team across multiple disciplines, including digital marketing, branding, CRM, affiliate marketing, and public relations.

  • oversee creating and evolving a compelling brand identity tailored to Tier 1 audiences, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

  • lead performance marketing efforts, optimizing channels such as PPC, SEO, social media, and programmatic advertising to maximize ROI

  • develop and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective user acquisition and retention strategies

  • partner with affiliates, influencers, and other third-party networks to enhance user acquisition efforts

  • stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role within the iGaming

  • deep knowledge of Tier 1 markets (e.g., UK, EU, US, Australia) and their regulatory environments

  • demonstrated success in scaling marketing operations, driving growth, and achieving measurable business results

  • strong expertise in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, branding, CRM, and analytics

  • exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills

  • data-driven mindset with a creative flair, balancing analytics with innovative thinking.
