Driftrock is the leading automotive marketing platform, powering customer generation for 46 global automotive brands, such as BYD, Honda, Mercedes-Benz and Hyundai.

Driftrock software platform helps automotive brands navigate this new era, driving more vehicle sales with smarter, data-driven marketing.

We are looking for a Client Partner with Automotive or Agency experience to join our commercial team to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the key customer accounts.

As a Client Partner, you own the customer relationship, understanding their challenges and helping them get the most from our software to hit their targets. You will own the renewal, growth and expansion of these relationships.

We are a growing team of 21, with a commercial team of 5 people. Youโ€™ll have a huge impact on Driftrockโ€™s culture, product, how we work, and help steer the direction of the Commercial team for our clients and partners.

We’re a remote-first company, but we meet regularly in person and can provide flexible workspaces to give you the freedom to choose how and where you would like to work each day.

We work with some of the world’s biggest brands such as BMW, BYD and Mercedes-Benz, as well as some of the world’s leading platforms, such as Amazon, Meta, Auto Trader and Google. Weโ€™re at the cutting edge of demand generation technology.

What skills are needed for the role?

  • Customer relationship management: Develop deep, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at our key customers and agencies.

  • Planning: Work with customers and their agencies to develop high-level marketing plans, driven by a deep understanding of their goals, technical challenges, best practice and market trends.

  • Solution design: Working closely with the Customer Success team, understand the business, goals and challenges of our customers and help them succeed.

  • Sales & expansion: Identify problems and offer commercial solutions that drive the best results for our existing customers and assist with new business.

  • Partnerships: Maintain and build key relationships with platform partners like Meta, Google, Auto Trader and Snap to help our customers succeed.

  • Thought leadership: Stay informed and drive innovation as a thought leader in digital media and automotive, contributing to content and speaking events.

  • Product insights: Work with our Product and Engineering teams to help develop technology that further enhances what we do for customers and their audience.

  • Proven commercial & account management experience: Demonstrate results in driving revenue growth, solving problems, and the sales lifecycle.

  • At least 3 years experience in digital media for a media agency, in-house marketing team, publisher or at an ad tech vendor.

  • A passion for marketing and experience in automotive are highly desirable.

  • Superb communication skills for internal and external stakeholder relationships.

  • A detailed understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

  • You should enjoy working with technology and discovering new tools.

  • An organised and structured approach to managing clients.

  • Comfortable in a fastโ€paced and constantly evolving startup environment.

  • Remote experience and capable of working autonomously.

  • Fluency in English. Additional European languages are preferred.

  • A fully remote role. Make use of a flexible working environment, with some travel requirements for customer meetings when necessary.

  • A holiday entitlement of 24 days, increasing a day each year, capped at 28 **
