Summary
The job is for a cloud expert and solution engineer at HUAWEI CLOUD to provide technical consulting and support for HUAWEI CLOUD services. The role involves migrating and delivering public cloud services, collaborating with other teams, conducting training, and tech talks. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer software or similar fields, experience with Unix/Linux, experience with computing, network, storage, and database services on a public cloud platform, and hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider.

- Experience with Computing, Network, Storage and Database services on a public cloud platform
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the public cloud providers (HUAWEI CLOUD, AWS, Azure or GCP)
Responsibilities
- Operate as a cloud expert and solution engineer in the areas of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud Integration, developer services and cloud-native technology
- Provide technical consulting and development support for HUAWEI CLOUD services
- Responsible for demand analysis, solution design, POC verification, and traditional IT cloud solution design for Huawei public cloud projects through HUAWEI CLOUD services and solutions for public cloud projects
- Responsible for the migration and online delivery of public cloud services and solutions; participate in and guarantee the delivery of major projects
- Collaborate with sales, solution architects, and other R&D teams in HQ to provide support for the customers
- Provide enablement training for cloud developers, partners and customers on how to use HUAWEI CLOUD services efficiently
- Organize technical salon activities/tech talks and organize developers to conduct technical exchanges related to HUAWEI CLOUD services
- Provide support for ecosystem enablement through active community support, university collaboration on elective courses
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a cloud consultant, cloud engineer, cloud solutions engineer, cloud solutions architect or cloud advocate in developing ICT technologies or cloud-native solutions
- Certification as any cloud practitioner by Huawei Certificated ICT, AWS, Azure or GCP
- Experience with Cloud AI, Big Data, Blockchain and IoT development on Cloud
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or other orchestration tools
- Experience in cloud migration processes & tools (mysqldump, rsync, datasync, logstash, SQLServer Import & Export)
- Community & Ecosystem experience (Articles & FAQs on Medium, Stack Overflow or other developer forums, tech talks, saloon activities)
- HCCDA – Big Data and HCCDA – Tech Essentials Certifications are plus!
