GrowthLoop was founded in 2015 as a software development company. We offer the Compound Marketing Engine, a composable Customer Data Platform (CDP) powered by agentic AI and enterprise cloud data. This engine helps marketers speed up their marketing cycle, personalize audiences and campaigns, and drive growth.

Our platform lets users visually build customer audiences without code. They can then create personalized omnichannel campaigns and activate them across various channels. We integrate with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, and AWS, as well as advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and CRMs like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. The platform gives real-time insights, constantly analyzes performance data, and suggests ways to improve campaigns. Customer data always remains secure within the client’s cloud.

GrowthLoop has been recognized by G2, earning titles like Momentum Leader & Best ROI for Enterprise. We also received the 2025 Google Cloud Partner of the Year award. We serve thousands of marketers at companies including Google, Indeed, and Express.

The company started when co-founders Chris Sell and David Joosten wanted to empower non-technical teams to use customer data more effectively. Originally called Flywheel Software, we received investments from The Jordan Company (TJC) in 2022 and 2026. Chris O’Neill became CEO in August 2024, and we launched the Compound Marketing Engine in April 2025.
