Commercial Litigation Associate - Midtown Manhattan (Remote)

Base Salary - USD $205,000 to $230,000

A top national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–5 (ONLY) years of experience to join its team. While the preferred location is the firm’s Kansas City office, candidates may also be considered for any of its other offices, including its virtual platform. Applicants should hold an active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction or be willing to obtain one promptly. This position will primarily support attorneys within the firm’s Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

Qualified candidates will have experience handling all phases of complex commercial litigation, including legal research, factual investigation, eDiscovery (preferably with Relativity), drafting pleadings, taking depositions, motion practice, client communication, and mediation. A background in employment-related litigation is preferred, and familiarity with AI tools for legal research is considered a plus.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong academic credentials, sound judgment, superior communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. A commitment to community involvement and a collaborative, proactive approach to legal practice are also highly valued.
