Position Summary We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Community Marketing Generalist to lead execution of the Onit Community Program. This high-exposure role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across the Onit business and customer base, helping shape the future of our customer engagement and thought leadership initiatives—especially in the area of AI. Community Program Execution: Manage and execute the LegalOps Community Program, ensuring it delivers value to members and aligns with strategic goals.
Community Site Management: Oversee the community platform—monitor interactions, encourage engagement, ensure strong site performance and traffic growth
Events & Engagement: Plan and execute virtual and in-person events that foster connection and learning across the Onit customer base.
Create and manage content:Develop and curate thought leadership content, with a focus on AI-related topics, across different mediums (written, audio and video). Collaborate with customers to produce member-generated content.
Promotion & Growth: Leverage social media and multi-channel campaigns to promote community initiatives and grow membership.
Data & Reporting:Maintain accurate membership databases and track key engagement metrics to inform strategy and improve performance.
Required Skills
- Experience: 4–6 years of marketing experience in B2B technology, ideally SaaS.
- Marketing & Content: Strong writing and storytelling skills; experience with content creation, and basic design skills (PowerPoint, web).
- Community & Events: Skilled in event planning, relationship-building, and client interaction; enjoys meeting customers and fostering connections.
- Competency with tools and AI Fluency: A love of using tech and strong competency with office, content and common marketing tools. Deep interest in AI and regular use of AI tools in work and daily life. Video editing and strong design skills are a plus.
- Strong execution and proactive: Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented; a proactive problem solver.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and represent the community program internally and externally.
- Industry Insight: Background in legal, legal tech, or legal operations is a plus.
