CSTouch is a Swiss-based boutique firm founded in 2007 providing management consulting and investment advisory services to innovative social enterprises, startups, MSMEs and corporates in Lebanon and the MENA region.

We support enterprises in their scale-up and transformation journeys through a wide range of advisory services including gap assessment, strategic planning, investment readiness, fundraising, risk management, corporate governance, leadership development and performance management.

Our support is tailor-made for each clientโ€™s needs, challenges and strategic goals and delivered by seasoned experts with a successful business track record.

We work closely with executive teams and boards through one-on-one clinics, interactive workshops, capacity building and coaching sessions.

CSTouch support is conducted through i) direct one-on-one assignments with clients, ii) donor-funded programs gathering several companies, iii) board advisory and iv) investment facilitation and proprietary funding. This is in addition to capacity building workshops that we provide on a regular basis to entrepreneurs, CEOs and company management of startups, scaleups, established companies and NGOs at USJ Business School at subsidized rates and in the form of webinars that we open to the public on a pro-bono basis.

We advised more than 400 innovative ventures across more than 20 countries in the Middle East and Africa region, helped raise more than USD 200 million, and directly funded more than 25 ventures.

Job Description

CSTouch Advisors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Consultant. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to long-term projects and meaningful partnerships within the advisory sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Coaching and Advisory Support: Collaborate closely with senior advisors to design and facilitate one-on-one coaching clinics, capacity-building programs, and workshops. Help companies in shaping their transformation journey and developing and executing on their strategic plan. Contribute insights and recommendations to advisory engagements based on field experience and client interactions.

Financial Management and Modelling: The Consultant will support the development and review of financial models for social enterprises and SMEs, ensuring alignment with their business plans and funding strategies. This includes contributing to financial assessments, identifying gaps in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, and designing tailored financial tools such as cash flow models and scenario planning templates. The Consultant will also provide input during financial coaching sessions to help clients strengthen their understanding of financial planning and reporting.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients and partners, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism. Support the identification of new client needs and contribute to the preparation of proposals or concept notes. Build trust with client teams and help facilitate discussions, feedback loops, and follow-ups. Ensure all deliverables meet project objectives and client expectations.

Monitoring, Learning and Reporting: Ensure project execution is on track against project workplans, performance indicators, and deliverables, and contribute to internal learning by capturing lessons learned and recommending improvements to processes.

Knowledge Development and Research: Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to inform client solutions and enrich CSTouchโ€™s knowledge base and support the development of toolkits, internal methodologies, and best practice guides for use across CSTouch projects. Monitor sector trends and share relevant insights with the team to improve service design and delivery.

Qualifications

  • MBA or Masterโ€™s degree in Finance, Entrepreneurship or related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in financial and business management.
  • Experience in helping companies shape and execute their strategic plans.
  • Experience in delivering coaching and advisory sessions to help strengthen the governance foundations of SMEs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Resident in Lebanon
