Miva is seeking a forward-thinking, AI-savvy Content Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in leveraging generative AI and automation tools to create, optimize, and scale high-performing content that drives sales, fuels demand generation, and engages customers across the funnel.
We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity,AI, and automation—someone who knows how to prompt, edit, and refine AI-generated content and who understands how to use tools like Make.com, n8n, and Lindy to automate content workflows and boost output without sacrificing quality. You’ll help define Miva’s voice while executing content strategies that expand visibility, generate qualified leads, and improve conversions across all channels.
You Will:
- Own the content strategy across blog, social, email, and web
- Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to produce high-quality content at scale
- Develop effective prompts and edit AI outputs to reflect brand tone and goals
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent presence and engagement
- Write, edit, and schedule the weekly newsletter using AI and automation for rapid creation and personalization
- Manage and publish all blog content, including SEO optimization and topical alignment
- Use tools like Make.com, n8n, or Lindy to automate repetitive tasks and streamline content operations
- Conduct regular audits to identify, repurpose, or update high-performing content using AI
- Monitor and report on SEO rankings, engagement metrics, and performance trends
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design to align content with campaigns and launches
- Maintain documentation of content workflows, AI prompts, and systems for scale and consistency
- Stay ahead of content trends, AI capabilities, and automation use cases in marketing
- Perform other duties as assigned
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing content in a digital marketing or eCommerce environment
- Strong understanding of generative AI and hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Experience using Make.com, n8n, or Lindy to build content automation workflows
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and brand alignment
- Deep understanding of SEO and keyword strategy
- Experience managing social calendars, newsletters, and blog content pipelines
- Comfort with CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful, etc.) and email tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- A systems-thinking mindset and strong project management skills

The salary range for this position is $80k - $90k annually. This information is current as of the initial date of this job posting and may be modified in the future. The actual pay determined for an individual will vary based on job-related factors such as relevant experience and/or education, particular skills, and location.
