You will:
Publishing & promoting content: providing substantial support in creating awareness-building and lead generation materials, including podcasts, webinars, blog posts, newsletters, and presentations, ensuring high-quality content aligned with our objectives
Creating social content: managing social media, drafting posts, adapting to trends, preparing simple visuals.
Planning and scheduling: following calendars, setting timelines, aligning with key dates.
Executing campaigns: coordinating assets, running promotions, setting up registration and follow-ups.
Providing editorial support: proofreading, editing for clarity and tone, ensuring consistency.
Collaborating cross-functionally: working with events, design, and content teams.
Tracking performance: collecting data, reporting results, flagging issues.
Supporting events: managing materials, assisting with logistics.
Maintaining internal processes: updating docs, nudging contributors, documenting workflows.
Requirements
You are the right candidate if you have:
At least 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, especially in content promotion, as well as campaign planning and execution
Strong understanding of social media platforms and email marketing
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to proofread and edit for clarity and brand voice
Basic graphic design or video editing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent collaboration and project management skills
Knowledge of the software development industry is a plus
Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools is a bonus
Proven experience in a PR/Branding/Marketing agency would be an advantage
Proficiency in English (min. C1 level)
