As an Account Growth Manager you will:
Upsell services in order to grow our business with current clients
Manage client portfolio and revenue
Coordinate negotiations with current clients, offering, and contracts signing
Support our clients in their business development by sharing your insight, new opportunities, and market trends
Generate new opportunities and leads from existing accounts (recycling, referrals)
Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategy along with appropriate tactics and specific plans
Cooperate on continuous improvement of the offering
Requirements
You are the right candidate if you have:
4+ years of proven and successful track record of enterprise B2B services sales in IT
Strong experience in closing deals
Near-native command of both spoken and written English (min. C1)
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset
Ability to manage multiple clients, and sales processes simultaneously under high pressure
A proactive, self-driven approach to clients
Strong self-management and problem-solving skills
A goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through, not only in relation to prospects but also to achieving defined KPIs
Experience in building and managing your own sales pipeline
A belief that “Impossible is nothing”
