Schedule: EST

Salary: $1800 - $2000 USD/month

A growing lifestyle brand, led by a TV personality and designer, is seeking a Content & Social Media Assistant. The brand shares content focused on seasonal décor, recipes, beauty, and style, with the mission to inspire people to create beautiful, welcoming spaces and enjoy everyday moments through simple, stylish living.

The Content & Social Media Assistant will support daily tasks, organize content, scheduleposts, and assist with online engagement. This role is ideal for someone who loves lifestyle content, is highly organized, creative, and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Trend Analysis

  • Conduct research on seasonal products, lifestyle trends, and design themes across home, fashion, and beauty.
  • Identify trending styles, colors, and top-selling products using tools like LTK, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and trend calendars.
  • Curate unique and timely product finds that align with seasonal and lifestyle content.

2. Content Creation & Graphics

  • Assist in creating engaging content across formats such as Reels, carousels, stories, collages, and storyboards.
  • Design branded, on-theme graphics for social media and shopping platforms (e.g., LTK, Amazon storefront).
  • Support content creation for various promotional campaigns and product features.

3. Content Calendar Coordination

  • Maintain and update a shared content calendar, mapping out weekly and monthly content themes.

  • Organize content publishing across all platforms to ensure consistency and timeliness.

  • Coordinate content rollout with relevant events, launches, and seasonal moments.

  • Experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.

  • Proficient in Canva or similar design tools for creating visually engaging graphics and content.

  • Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook, as well as shopping tools like LTK and Amazon storefronts.

  • Experience managing content calendars and organizing/scheduling content across various platforms.

  • Knowledge of social media scheduling tools.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Good To Have:

  • Experience working with influencers, brand partnerships, or affiliate marketing platforms.
