About Outwork Staffing
We connect small businesses with remote candidates to help you find the right talent while managing payroll costs. We provide talent for various remote roles, including Medical Billing Specialists, Talent & Culture Virtual Assistants, Content Marketers, Sales Representatives/Appointment Setters, Technical Support Specialists, Senior UI/UX Designers, Motion Graphic Designers, and Web Designers. Many of the roles we staff are located in the Philippines and Latin America, serving clients in the United States and Canada.
Our talent acquisition process has several steps. We start with a consultation to clarify the job. Then, our team sources candidates from our database and job boards, interviewing and testing them. We narrow down to 2-3 suitable individuals and arrange video interviews with you. Once you select a candidate, we handle the final placement.
We charge a fixed hiring fee: 35% of the placed candidate’s annual salary. Once hired, the individual becomes your direct contractor or employee, and you pay them directly. We offer a 90-day recruitment guarantee. If the first candidate doesn’t work out within 90 days, we’ll replace them free of charge.
