About the Role
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Delivery Manager to lead Agile delivery and backlog management across our data engineering and platform teams. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Data Architecture and Engineering, you will play a critical role in optimizing Agile processes, removing delivery bottlenecks, and ensuring smooth execution of continuous enhancements in our data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Own and manage the CI backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Coach teams on Agile standard methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve impediments, ensuring smooth delivery of enhancements to our data platform.
- Partner with key team members to refine requirements and maintain a clear roadmap for continuous improvements.
- Track and report on key delivery metrics, driving transparency and accountability across teams.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager in data or technology-focused teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and backlog management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing strategic and tactical needs.
- Experience working in data environments, particularly within cloud-based architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is desirable.
- Experience working in enterprise data teams is highly advantageous.
