Azumo is currently looking for talented Conversational Designers to join our team and help design cutting-edge chatbot solutions.
This full-time position will give you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team of experts in conversational AI and SaaS platforms. As a key member of the design team, you will play a critical role in creating engaging and effective chatbot experiences, ensuring seamless user interactions and high-quality conversational flows.
Responsibilities:
- Design conversational flows and dialog structures for chatbots, ensuring a natural and intuitive user experience.
- Provide examples of phrases and responses that users might say and how the bot should respond.
- Define user paths, decision trees, and potential continuations in conversations.
- Collaborate with the client’s team to integrate conversational designs into their platform.
- Continuously refine and optimize chatbot interactions based on user feedback and testing results.
- Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English (native or near-native proficiency).
- Background in linguistics, language teaching, copywriting, or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking skills (65% or higher in standardized assessments).
- High cognitive ability
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical tools and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centric conversational experiences.
- Experience with NLP tools (DialogFlow, Lex, Alexa, NLTK)
- Experience in conversational design or chatbot development.
- Familiarity with AI platforms or chatbot tools.
- Experience working with US-based clients or in an international environment.
