Job Duties: Spearhead the creation of investor communications, including earnings presentations, press releases, and annual general meetings, Build Sezzle forecast models, highlighting major assumptions and provide in-depth analysis around monthly/quarterly/yearly actuals vs forecasts, Define and analyze department key performance indicators (KPIs), and present key findings and actionable next steps, Support team in developing internal materials and presentations for Department Leader meetings, Town Halls, and the Board of Directors, Oversee the junior team members in the development of materials and presentations for Department Leader meetings, Town Halls, and the Board of Directors, Support Sezzle team members in due diligence on strategic partnership and M&A opportunities, Manage the execution of due diligence on strategic partnership and M&A opportunities, Monitor and assess the performance of the company versus competitors, and make recommendations for improvement, Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, evaluate competitive threats and gain insights into industry trends, Support the investor relations team in the development of earnings presentations and annual general meetings, Aggregate department key performance indicators (KPIs), and present key findings and actionable next steps , Manage all investor relation inbounds from third-parties and coordinate with senior team members for relationship development, Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial projections and other due diligence items for capital markets activity., Collaborate with media relations team on the development and execution of publications and other market-facing materials (e.g , LinkedIn, Press Releases, etc), Execute ad hoc projects for Sezzle teams and C-suite, Execute sales and partnership models for Sezzle team members to present within deal review meetings. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permissible.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations. Position also requires: 3 years of experience in Developing detailed three-statement financial models; 3 years of experience in Creating and delivering effective presentations and other materials for investors, analysts, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders; 3 years of experience in Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders; 3 years of experience in Financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements; and, 3 years of experience in Managing multiple workstreams and cross-organizational projects with various stakeholders. Up to 5% domestic travel required.

Travel Requirement: Up to 5% Domestic Travel Required.
