About the Role

The Manager, Strategy will be a key contributor to the company’s growth and long-term vision, working closely with teams across the organization to support high-impact business initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Strategy this role will focus on executing and analyzing projects in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic finance, business development, and market intelligence. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

About the Work

  • Corporate Strategy: Support the development of the company’s strategic roadmap by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and scenario planning to identify growth opportunities in online sports betting, online casino, sports media, and adjacent market opportunities.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Assist in M&A activities, including target screening, financial modeling, due diligence, and preparation of deal materials to support acquisition or partnership opportunities.
  • Strategic Finance: Build and maintain financial models, perform valuation analyses, and conduct scenario planning to inform capital allocation and investment decisions.
  • Business Development: Support the identification and execution of strategic partnerships and larger scale commercial relationships to enhance the company’s market presence and various product offerings.
  • Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to provide actionable insights for strategic initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with finance, product, marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure strategic projects align with operational goals and deliver measurable impact.
  • Presentation & Communication: Prepare high-quality presentations, memos, and reports for senior leadership, investors, or external stakeholders to communicate strategic recommendations.
  • Project Management: Manage workstreams for key strategic initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a related field, preferably with exposure to gaming, media, or technology industries.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and valuation work.
  • Familiarity with the online sports betting, online casino, or sports media landscape is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling presentations (e.g., PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn quickly.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs.

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members’ financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, annual performance bonus and equity package — depending on position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.
