Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive CPQ Software Specialist with hands-on experience in DealHub CPQ to support, optimize, and enhance our Configure Price Quote systems. This role will sit within the IT department and play a critical part in aligning sales technology with business needs by maintaining and improving our DealHub implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with sales processes, and a passion for delivering scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Administer and configure DealHub CPQ to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to gather requirements and implement changes to pricing models, product catalogs, workflows, approval processes, and templates.
- Ensure seamless integration of DealHub with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP systems, and other business platforms.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for DealHub CPQ, supporting end-users and providing troubleshooting assistance.
- Monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and implement enhancements or fixes as needed.
- Support training initiatives by creating documentation, conducting user training sessions, and onboarding new users.
- Manage role-based permissions, data governance, and compliance requirements related to CPQ processes.
- Partner with vendors, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders to support large-scale CPQ projects and system upgrades.
- Provide data and reporting support for quote-to-cash performance and sales process analytics.
