Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record of independently building and maintaining scalable processes to meet business goals
- Expertise in Lightning Web Component design and development and proficiency in declarative development using Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to define, scope, and deliver sustainable solutions aligned to business needs
- Experience leading Salesforce deployments, and including SF CLI and SF CI/CD best practices
- Energized by fast-paced environments that combine near-term problem solving with long-term planning for scale
- Familiarity with managing system integrations with GTM technologies like CPQ, Hubspot, Salesloft (or other Sales Automation tools), accounting tools (Netsuite), and enrichment providers (6sense)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Salesforce solutions that enable scalable operations and processes
- Identify and lead proactive initiatives that enable the effective scaling of key business workflows leveraging Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), API development, and more
- Identify, build, and maintain system integrations between Salesforce, go-to-market and finance systems applications to drive automation and streamlined workflow execution
- Partner closely with leadership on key initiatives identified in the business to ensure audit compliance
- Drive technical design discussions and provide guidance to team members on best practices, coding standards, and architecture principles
