We’re building a curated network of talented freelance Creative Directors that we can call upon for existing and future projects. When you apply to join our freelancer base, you will be evaluated and kept on file. You may not be contacted immediately. Contract type: B2B
Salary range: 80 - 150PLN net/hour (rate depends on the type of project and your skills)
Scope of tasks:
Collaborating closely with the project team and taking responsibility for the artistic vision of each project
Creating creative concepts in the area of content and developing strategies according to the needs of clients and project goals
Creating briefs for the team and briefing individual employees
Making sure that the concepts align with project and budget realities
Daily work with our clients (i.e. creating presentations for clients and participating in pitch meetings)
What skills and experience do we expect?
Experience in the industry related to visual content production with a focus on video
Experience in the role of Creative Director with a strong portfolio showcasing your most interesting digital projects
Experience with AI tools and current AI trends
Proficiency in both written and spoken English (C1)
Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish
Great communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in graphic design software
Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects
Familiarity with design trends for social media, web and e-commerce
Excellent sense of aesthetics and the prevailing trends
