We’re looking for a Creative Producer, Brand Experience to join Procore’s Brand Marketing team. This position will oversee creative operations and drive efficiency in brand creative related activities to enhance Procore’s overall brand experience.
As a Creative Producer, Brand Experience you will implement project management strategies to optimize design and production processes and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. You will work directly with marketing and brand teams to organize and manage workflows from beginning to end, while effectively executing each project. This role will be responsible for managing creative projects to deliver gold-standard assets across all channels, while driving continual process improvements and building scalable tools that ultimately contribute to positioning Procore as a category-leading brand.
The Brand Experience team defines the brand’s Visual Identity systems and controls how the brand is expressed through a broad spectrum of touchpoints, including digital, print, events, activations, film and media. They create content aligned with business goals to drive awareness and engagement, deepen understanding, and develop preference in the hearts and minds of our customers and prospects.
This position reports to the Sr. Director, Brand Experience and can be based remotely.
What you’ll do:
Streamline ways of working, lead operational improvements, including analyzing efficiencies, tools and processes, including implementing new project management methodologies
Develop and manage timelines and budgets, manage team resources, identify project risks and offer solutions
Partner with internal teams and creative leads to ensure clarity of scope and deliverables through creative briefs, understanding critical requirements and business needs
Manage brand activation and campaign initiatives from inception to execution, including coordinating with external vendors, agencies and freelancers
Lead all projects with Openness, Optimism, and Ownership
Own the intake process for all creative requests, develop detailed work-back schedules, schedule and facilitate review meetings, and manage delivery timelines across internal creative teams (film, design) and external agency partners.
Assist in production of photo and video shoots, including managing logistics and ensuring all necessary releases and permissions are secured
Occasional travel to construction job sites and offices for on-location shoots
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of project/production management or operational experience in a brand creative or design studio environment
Experience in managing complex marketing communications & campaigns
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Bring experience managing creative workflows for film and media—from pre-production logistics through post-production delivery—ensuring alignment across stakeholders and efficient execution across channels.
Track record of creating processes & organizing teams
High proficiency in Google Suite
Has a talent for efficiency, is self motivated, and collaborative
Adaptable to change in a quick-moving environment
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $114,400 - $157,300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
