Location: All positions are remote and provide the flexibility that comes with working from home. NOTE: This is a 100% remote work CONTRACT position with preference given to candidates based in the Philippines— work comfortably from your home.
Your Role: Advising Assistant
As an Advising Assistant, you will play a key role in helping small business owners succeed by guiding them through the process of building business credit. Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, with approximately 20 calls per hour (inbound and outbound), plus email correspondence.
You will:
- Consult with clients primarily over the phone and email
- Use our online systems, including HubSpot, to manage tasks and client communication (training provided; prior HubSpot experience is a plus but not required)
- Provide professional, clear, and friendly customer service to empower our clients
Who we are looking for:
We will provide training on small business consulting, but ask the applicant to have the following skills:
Strong communication skills: Friendly, clear, and professional on calls
- Native speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required.
- Customer-focused mindset: You genuinely want to help clients succeed
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable juggling multiple online systems simultaneously
- Team player: You collaborate well and contribute to a positive team culture
- Responsible & proactive: You take ownership of your work and follow through
- Quick learner & multitasker: Able to prioritize and solve problems efficiently
- Long-term commitment: Interested in growing your career with Credit Suite.
Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Native speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required.
- Available to work 8-hour shifts during US Eastern Time business hours (9 AM to 7 PM ET)
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow with us

Details:
- 100% remote work with preference given to candidates based in the Philippines— work comfortably from your home
- This is a full-time Contract position
- This will require an 8 hour shift, work hours could be between 9 am - 7pm ET
- Competitive compensation: Starting hourly rate is $6.00 USD per hour
