Credit Repair Virtual Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to support and manage the backend operations of our credit repair business. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of consumer credit laws and experience in filing accurate and compliant disputes. This is a critical role, as you will be assisting with client onboarding, credit analysis, dispute creation, and case management. Have experience in business credit building as well.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client onboarding and data entry
- Analyze credit reports and identify disputable items
- Draft and file accurate credit disputes in compliance with consumer credit laws
- Use platforms such as DisputeFox to manage client cases
- Coordinate communication with clients throughout the repair process
- Maintain organized documentation and track dispute progress
- Collaborate with the social media VA to ensure aligned messaging and campaigns
