We’re looking for a CTO Associate Intern to support our Chief Technology Officer in strategic initiatives, technical decision-making, and driving operational excellence. This 6-month internship is open to end-of-year students. If you’re passionate about technology, eager to work at the intersection of business and tech, and thrive in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment, this role is for you!

Key responsibilities ✨

  • As you will work in a fast-paced environment, missions will evolve and can’t be exhaustive, but the topics you will work on include :
  • Work closely with the CTO to drive key strategic initiatives and optimize decision-making processes.
  • Amplify Malt’s tech culture and foster AI adoption across the company, ensuring teams leverage cutting-edge innovations.
  • Accelerate data-driven decision-making by improving the quality, accessibility, and impact of insights.
  • Help scale and optimize the efficiency of the tech and product organization through better processes, collaboration, and operational improvements by in-depth analysis
  • Coordinate and innovate on internal and external communications, help streamline communication and knowledge-sharing across engineering teams.
  • Day to day coordination of CTO agenda, meetings and external events

  • Understand how business is integrated into product development, the challenges involved, and what it takes to make a product-driven company successful
  • English fluency is a must have

How to join the mission? 🚀

  • First call with Alex, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)
  • Short home assignment prior to onsite interview with 2 team members you’ll work closely with (45 minutes) followed by an interview with Claire CTO @Malt (45 minutes)
