We launched Malt in 2013 by Vincent Huguet and Hugo Lassiège to connect businesses with freelancers. We operate in the technology and internet sectors.

After acquiring Comatch in March 2022, we created Malt Strategy, a dedicated service for independent management consultants and interim executives.

Today, we serve over 850,000 freelancers and 90,000 clients across nine countries and regions: Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, the Nordics, Spain, Switzerland, the UAE, and the UK.

Our internal teams optimize commercial tools and Salesforce for sales, manage client operations from onboarding to billing and debt collection, and organize marketing and community events for freelancers and clients. We also have a central content team that develops editorial strategies for the future of work and technology.
